About this policy

This policy applies to Anas Proclean Ads MCP, an internal business application operated by Ana's Pro Clean. It covers the application's Google Ads integration and related support communications.

Information we may access

After you authorize the connection, and subject to your account permissions, the application may access Google Ads account identifiers and names; campaign, ad group and ad information; budgets and spending; and performance measures such as impressions, clicks and conversion totals. Authorization tokens may be used to maintain the connection.

If you contact support, we receive the contact information and details you choose to send. The integration does not request unrelated Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google Contacts.

How we use information

We use authorized information only for internal advertising management, reporting, analytics, campaign monitoring, performance analysis and optimization of the authorized account. Access is limited to what is necessary for these functions.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data, use it for advertising unrelated to your authorized account, or provide it to data brokers.

Google API policy and sharing

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Access by authorized personnel or necessary service providers is limited to the disclosed functions and the uses and exceptions permitted by that policy. Transfers are limited to providing those functions with consent, security needs, or applicable legal requirements. Google user data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.

Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the information handled, including access controls, restricted handling of authorization tokens and protected transmission. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Never send Google passwords, access tokens or client secrets to our support email.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as necessary for the stated application functions, security and applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified. Data retained for a legal requirement is limited to that purpose.

You may request deletion of information held by the application by emailing anasproclean@gmail.com. We may verify your authority over the connected account before acting.

Your control over Google access

You can revoke the application's access at any time in your Google Account linked-app settings. Revocation stops future access; it does not automatically delete information already retained by the application. Contact us for a deletion request.

Changes and privacy contact

We may update this policy as the application changes. The date above identifies this version. If a change introduces a new use of Google user data, we will provide notice and obtain any required consent before that use.

You authorize the connection

Anas Proclean Ads MCP connects to Google services only after explicit user authorization. Use a Google account with the appropriate permissions for the Google Ads accounts you intend to connect. Visiting this page does not authorize access.

Why Google Ads permissions are needed

The application uses Google Ads access for internal advertising data access, reporting, analytics, campaign monitoring, performance analysis and optimization. It requests only the permissions required for those intended functions.

Google's Ads permission may be described broadly on the consent screen, including management of accounts and data. That permission is not necessarily read-only. The application's use remains limited to its stated business functions and the authorizing account's permissions.

What is—and is not—accessed

Relevant information may include account and campaign identifiers, campaign settings and status, spending, impressions, clicks and conversion totals. Access is limited to what is necessary for the application.

This integration does not request unrelated Gmail messages, Drive files or Google Contacts. We do not sell Google user data or use connected information for advertising unrelated to the authorized account.

How to revoke access

Open your Google Account linked-app settings.
Select Anas Proclean Ads MCP and review its access details.
Choose the option to remove access and confirm.

Revocation prevents future access and may stop connected application features. It does not automatically erase previously retained information. Email us to request deletion.

Application and acceptance

These terms govern your use of Anas Proclean Ads MCP, operated by Ana's Pro Clean. By using the application, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. These terms concern the application, not the booking of cleaning services.

Authorized use

The application is an internal business tool for accessing and analyzing authorized Google Ads information. Its purposes include reporting, analytics, campaign monitoring, performance analysis and advertising optimization.

You must be authorized to access each connected Google Ads account and to act for the relevant business. Account access remains subject to the permissions granted by Google and the account administrator.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your Google account, the permissions you grant and the accuracy of information you provide. Remove access when it is no longer appropriate. Review reports and outputs before making advertising or spending decisions.

Unauthorized access, abuse, interference with the service, bypassing security controls or attempts to access accounts without permission are prohibited.

Availability and third-party services

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs or a particular advertising result.

Google APIs and other third-party services can change or become unavailable. Google services are governed by Google's own terms and policies. Ana's Pro Clean does not control their availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ana's Pro Clean is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application, including third-party service disruptions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes, suspension and discontinuation

We may update, restrict, suspend or discontinue the application when necessary, including for maintenance, security, policy compliance or unauthorized use. You may stop using it and revoke Google access at any time.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Where required, we will provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

What to include in your message
